Year one Nationals on Security Detail and behind the scenes
Level 3 First year Extended Diploma - Event Volunteers
L3 first year volunteers that assisted in the organisation and smooth running of the Celebration of Achievement Event. They worked, to a certain extent independently during the day and resolved the various issues that arose in a polite and professional manner – true advocates of what our course fosters.
Having received a brief on arrival the volunteers put into practice those skills they have been working on throughout the year, practiced on several occasions before including the RTC: Operating the communications system, Voice procedure on the radios, team work and leadership, security considerations, liaison with the public and professional conduct.
